Timeless Clothing Group is a family-founded garment manufacturer based in Dezhou, Shandong, China, with manufacturing experience dating back to 1991.

The business began with a simple but determined purpose. Shortly after giving birth to her son, Zhijie Kong, our founder started the factory to support her young family. With responsibility for providing for both her husband and her newborn child, she built the business from the ground up through hard work, persistence and a strong commitment to garment quality.

What started as a small family enterprise has since developed into an established clothing manufacturing business. Today, that son, Zhijie Kong, represents the second generation of the family and is helping expand the company into international markets. His focus is to combine the factory’s decades of practical manufacturing experience with modern management, clearer communication and stronger partnerships with overseas buyers.

Our factory covers approximately 1,800 square metres and operates dedicated garment-production lines supported by experienced sampling, production and quality-control teams. We have a monthly production capacity of approximately 20,000 garments.

We specialise in school uniforms, healthcare and nurse uniforms, workwear, suits, casualwear and sportswear. We provide OEM, ODM, private-label and customised manufacturing services for brands, wholesalers, distributors and institutional buyers.

Our capabilities include fabric and trim sourcing, pattern development, sample production, grading, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection, packing and export coordination. Standard sample-development time is approximately 7–10 days, while bulk-production lead times are normally 30–40 days, depending on the design, materials and order quantity.

We understand the importance of consistent sizing, reliable workmanship, clear communication and on-time delivery in international sourcing. Third-party inspections by organisations such as SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas can also be arranged according to the buyer’s requirements.
